Deborah Dugdall: Breakthrough Plus Ltd Working nationally to provide training to organisations and companies in Conflict Transformation, Resolution and Management Risk assessment Physical Intervention Skill Anger Management Cognitive Behavioural and Psychological Interventions Mediation Family and Schools Work Youth Justice Work Criminal Justice Work Counselling. We also provide specialist help for families and for couples who need help with their own relationships as well as specialised support for single parents and families who may be struggling with child or teen behaviours. Additionally we are able to provide excellent residential facilities in the South West using two working farms. At these locations, we offer excellent learning experiences through which social skills, emotional management and behaviour modification is achieved. The emphasis is on fun and acquiring new skills and learning experiences are provided to engage maximum interest and motivation, to facilitate participants taking ownership and to give a positive life-changing opportunity.
